The musician and painter Pau Morales gave a concert in the Plaza Cruz de Buil in Graus on Tuesday August 1. It was attended by the two hundred university students participating in the JUP and a good representation of alquezranos along with its mayor Ana Maria Blasco.

Pau Morales offered last Tuesday, August 1, a show in the Plaza Cruz de Buil in Alquézar. The Catalan-born artist managed to connect with children, youth and adults in a performance that combined music, painting and humor to offer a complete and entertaining event. The performance was very well received by the local public who took their seats to enjoy this artistic activity that every year the JUP organizes in Alquézar.
The event was attended by the mayoress of Alquézar, Ana María Blasco, who expressed her gratitude to the organization of the JUP for extending the invitation to the entire Aragonese town. She affirmed that "Alquézar is an ideal place and for university students it is a good opportunity to come to a town full of surprises". The show had an enriching mix of people of different ages and backgrounds. The mayor pointed out that "170 people live here and in summer it gets crowded, so a meeting like this in which university students, people from Alquézar and tourists come together is fantastic for everyone".

The 40th Edition of the Jornadas Universitarias de los Pirineos comes to an end today, Wednesday, August 2, with the closing dinner at the Gran Hotel and the final show at the Plaza Sur of the Diocesan Museum of Barbastro. Tomorrow, August 3, at 11:45 a.m., the Closing Ceremony will take place at the Bodega Laus with the intervention of Begoña Urien and the Secretary General of the JUP.
